Terms and Conditions

Covers any product you purchased from FormulerUSA for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated, if the product does not work properly, arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item.

Every sale is final. No returns will be accepted for reasons other than non-functioning, incorrectly shipped items, or initial damage. Please send a request to sales at support@formulerstore4u.com for return authorization.

The shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns that are not authorized will not be processed or shipped back to the sender.

Items returned must be shipped in their original packaging, with no missing parts or stickers.

This warranty, like the manufacturer's warranty, does not cover lightning strikes, power surges, or physical damage to the product unless it was shipped from us damaged.

If the same product is out of stock, the returned item will be repaired/replaced, or a refund will be issued. Please allow us 10 business days to process your order.

Every shipment is fully insured. In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, we will provide free replacements. A refund will be issued if replacements are not available. We reserve the right to ask for a photo of the damage.

There will be no subscriptions, TV channels, or other video/audio content included with the purchase of the unit.
