Return Policy

Thank you for your order. We hope you're satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. For more information on our return policy, please see the section below.


Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be brand new and unused, with all original tags and labels still attached.

Return Process

Please contact customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning an item. After receiving an RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address: Item, Proof Of Purchase Receipt, Return Form

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly advise you to mail your return using a trackable method.


We will process your return or exchange after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for your return or exchange to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. When your return has been processed, we will notify you via email.
