Customer pays reshipping fees if returned to sender.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty (Android TV Boxes)
All Android TV Boxes include manufacturer hardware warranty for defects.

Items NOT Covered Under Warranty
– Remote controls DO NOT have 12-month warranty.
– Damage from power surge, voltage issues, light flickering, lightning strike.
– Burnt/blown motherboard or components.
– Physical or liquid damage.
– Software/app-related issues.
– Damage from misuse or incorrect installation.

Defective or DOA Devices
Contact us within 7 days for troubleshooting. Replacement provided after inspection.

Refund Processing
– Refunds issued to original payment method.
– Allow 3–7 business days after inspection.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Responsibility
– Customer pays return shipping unless defective/wrong item.
– Use a trackable service.
