April 29, 2023 at 9:59 pmthis does not fix the issue .. the z11 and z10 have this audio sync issue .. FIX!!! — these boxes have built in audio surround options. if you have a surround sound system at home ( dts, atmos etc) then you shoudl try to disable surround on the formuler box and only allow the home theatre to handle the surround duties. this is what worked for me and i have had no issues since disabling the surround on the formuler. My thoughts are that they were competing or double encoding .. hope this helps others .

September 19, 2023 at 1:51 pmI have not been able to get Formuler Z11 Pro to play dolby atmos videos using my Vizio M series Elevate 5.1.2 soundbar.
However, all plays well on my Amazon Firetv stick 4k.
I have used the Audio Optimizer and selected auto sound formats.
Any help would be appreciated.
